How We Collect Information

All information is collected through public data tracking and platform integration:

Discord Platform Data - We access publicly accessible member data, presence information, and shared security logs within mutual servers where Cozine has authorized access.
Roblox Public API - Public profile information to verify Roblox account status.

What We Collect

User IDs - Unique Discord identifiers
Guild IDs - Server identifiers where the bot is active
Roblox Account IDs - Unique Roblox identifiers linked to documented activity
Security Logs - Records of violations and exploit activity

How We Use Data

Data is used strictly to keep communities safe and identify users in violation of Discord or Roblox Terms of Service. This includes:

Checking new members against records of verified ToS violators
Sending alerts to moderators about potential threats
Keeping records of security violations

Data Retention & Deletion

We will delete your personal data upon request. However, we retain records of users documented to have violated Discord or Roblox Terms of Service, as deletion would prevent detection of repeat offenders and undermine platform safety. If you believe you were flagged in error, you can file an appeal through our support server and we will review your case. Successful appeals result in data deletion within one hour.

We recognize that security researchers, investigators, or innocent users may occasionally be flagged. If you believe your data was logged in error, you can easily file an appeal through our support server. Each case is reviewed manually.

What Cozine Does

Cozine monitors Discord servers and flags users who have been documented as violating Discord or Roblox Terms of Service. Specifically, we flag users for:

Exploiting game mechanics in Roblox games
Using Roblox cheats or hacks
Violating Discord's Terms of Service in ways that affect community safety

Servers can opt-in to receive automated notifications using the designated setup command. When a flagged user joins a configured server, moderators will receive an alert. We are not responsible for individual server ban decisions. Moderators make the final call on whether to take action.

Payment Terms & Account Access

By purchasing access to Cozine, you explicitly agree to the following terms. Running the /skid command requires you to confirm agreement prior to finalizing payment:

Strict Restrictions: You may use the bot to expose exploiters, but you are strictly prohibited from using it to harass, threaten, dox, or incite action against them.
No Tampering: You may not reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt to bypass the bot's restrictions, limitations, or protections.
No Facilitation: You are prohibited from helping exploiters evade detection or avoid consequences.
Account Locking: Purchased access is tied exclusively to the Discord account that made the payment. Access cannot be transferred or reassigned to another account. Separate accounts require individual purchases.
No-Refund Revocation: Violating any of these rules will result in immediate termination of access without a refund, regardless of whether your payment period has already started.

Accuracy & Appeals

Our flags are 100% accurate based on documented evidence. However, if you believe you were flagged in error, you can appeal through our support server. Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours during normal operations. Response times may extend to several weeks during high volume periods. See our Privacy Policy for the full appeals process.

Acceptable Use

Use the bot only for legitimate server moderation and safety
Do not use the bot to harass, target, or discriminate against users
Respect Discord and Roblox Terms of Service when using this bot
Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the alert system

Prohibited Actions

Using the bot outside of moderation purposes
Attempting to reverse engineer or extract data
Sharing false reports to get users flagged

Service Disclaimer

Cozine is provided "as-is" without guaranteed uptime. We are not liable for:

Server disruptions or downtime
Missed threats or exploiters we fail to detect
Actions taken by moderators based on bot alerts

Eligibility

Must be 13+ years old (Discord's minimum age)
Must comply with Discord's Terms of Service

Flagged Users

Any user flagged by Cozine is automatically restricted from using the bot. This restriction remains in effect until the user files an appeal through our support server and the appeal is approved. Flagged users attempting to use the bot will be unable to access its features.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to Cozine at any time for:

Violating these Terms of Service
Abuse of the alert system or appeals process
Using the bot outside of legitimate moderation purposes
Harassment or targeting of users

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our support server. Your continued use of Cozine after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
