How We Use Data
Data is used strictly for community safety and identifying bad actors. This includes:
- Cross-referencing new members against known exploiters
- Sending alerts to moderators about potential threats
- Maintaining records of security violations
Data Retention
Security Logs are kept for platform integrity and are not automatically deleted upon request. This prevents bad actors from wiping their history.
We understand that security researchers, investigators, or people working against exploiters may get flagged. If you believe your data was logged in error, you can submit an appeal through our support server. Each case is reviewed manually.
Data Storage
- Stored in encrypted databases on secure servers
- Access restricted to bot administrators
- No data is sold or shared with third parties

What Cozine Does
Cozine is a tool for moderators. It identifies potential threats and sends alerts. We are not responsible for individual server ban decisions. Moderators make the final call.
Acceptable Use
- Use the bot only for legitimate server moderation
- Do not use the bot to harass or target users
- Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the alert system
Prohibited Actions
- Using the bot outside of moderation purposes
- Attempting to reverse engineer or extract data
- Sharing false reports to get users flagged

Cozine is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime or accuracy. Alerts may flag security researchers or people investigating exploiters. We are not liable for:
- Server disruptions or downtime
- Incorrect flags or missed threats
- Actions taken by moderators based on bot alerts
